Clear conditions, timelines, and steps to request a refund.

1) Overview

Bitwarden Review Hub is an independent review website. We primarily publish free content. From time to time, we may offer paid digital content or advisory services (“Products/Services”). This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

2) No control over third-party purchases

We may link to third-party stores or services (including Bitwarden). Purchases made from third parties are governed by their terms and refund policies. We cannot process or guarantee refunds for third-party purchases. Contact the vendor directly.

3) Eligibility for refunds (our direct sales only)

Digital content (e.g., guides, templates)

  • Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the item has not been substantially downloaded or accessed (up to 20% of content or 20 minutes of hosted content, whichever occurs first).
  • If digital content is defective or inaccessible due to our systems, we will provide a fix or a refund.

Advisory/services

  • Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and no deliverables were provided.
  • If Services have begun or deliverables were provided, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

Note

Statutory rights (e.g., UK/EEA consumer rights) apply where mandatory law provides additional protections.

4) Non-refundable items

  • Change-of-mind requests after substantial download/access of digital items.
  • Partially or fully delivered advisory/services.
  • Customized or bespoke deliverables approved by you.
  • Donations or voluntary contributions.

5) How to request a refund

  • Email contact@bitwarden-zone.com with the subject “Refund Request”.
  • Include your order ID, purchase date, item name, and reason for refund.
  • We may request additional details to verify your purchase and eligibility.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by provider/bank).

6) Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. If you file a chargeback without contacting us, we may contest it with your payment provider by providing evidence of delivery and eligibility decisions.

7) Pricing errors and availability

If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel an order and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to discontinue Products/Services at any time.

8) Promotions and bundles

Refunds for discounted bundles may be prorated. Promotional terms published at the time of purchase will apply.
